How do you check a Dubai trade licence?

A trade licence number on a website proves nothing on its own: anyone can print a number. What matters is that the number resolves, in the issuing registry, to the company that is claiming it.

  • Look the number up at the issuing authority

A Dubai mainland licence is issued by the Department of Economy and Tourism, which publishes a public licence search. Enter the number above. The record should return our legal entity name, its activities and its status.

  • Check the activities match what we sell you

A trade licence authorises specific activities. Ours covers advisory and consultancy work. It does not cover recruitment, and it should not: we do not do that work, and a firm doing it needs a different licence and a different regulator.

  • Check the status and the expiry date

An expired or suspended licence is a live problem, not a formality. If what you find does not match what is published above, do not pay us anything and please tell us, because either this page is out of date or something is wrong.

Which entity will invoice you?

We operate through two entities: a UAE company for our Dubai office and an Indian company for delivery and candidate support. Which one invoices you depends on where you are and what you are buying, and it will be stated clearly on the quote before you accept it, not discovered afterwards on the invoice.

Are you affiliated with any licensing authority?

No, and this is worth being emphatic about, because implied affiliation is one of the most common misrepresentations in this market.

We have no special access, no back channel and no influence over any regulator's decision. If a firm suggests otherwise about itself, that claim is the thing to investigate. What we do will not do is written down for the same reason this page exists.

What if you have a complaint about us?

Write to [REPLACE_EMAIL] with your case reference. We will acknowledge it within one working day and respond substantively within five. If you are not satisfied, you can escalate to the authority that issued our trade licence, and our refund position is published in full on our refund policy.
