What we do not do
We handle regulatory licensing and credentialing for the six GCC states. We do not recruit, we do not handle immigration paperwork, and we do not promise outcomes that belong to a regulator or an employer. This page exists so you can tell the difference between what we sell and what we refuse.
Why does a firm publish its own limits?
Because the distinction is legal, not cosmetic. Recruitment is a licensed activity in the UAE and across the Gulf, with its own regulator and its own rules about who may charge whom. We do not hold that licence and we do not do that work. A firm that blurs the line is either unlicensed for half of what it sells you, or hoping you will not ask.
It also protects you. Both MOHRE and Dubai Police have issued public warnings about fraudulent job offers aimed at candidates overseas. Nearly every one of those frauds depends on a candidate not being certain what a legitimate firm does and does not ask for. The clearer our scope is, the easier it is to spot someone operating outside theirs.
Where exactly is the line?
We provide
- Eligibility assessment and authority selection
- Document collation, attestation and equivalency
- Primary source verification management
- Examination preparation and booking
- Licence application, tracking and renewal
- Profession-specific CV and interview preparation
- Offer and employer checks against official registries
We do not provide
- Recruitment of any kind
- Visa or work permit handling
- Applying to jobs on a candidate's behalf
- Nurse recruitment into ECR countries
- Any assurance of employment
- Any assurance of a licence, a registration or an examination result
- Collecting regulator or examination fees on your behalf
No legitimate employer asks a candidate to pay for a job. We charge for advisory work only. Regulator, verification and examination fees are paid by you, directly to the authority, in your own name: never to us. If anyone asks you to route a government fee through them, stop and read our guide to offer fraud.
Where should you go instead?
Refusing work is only useful if we tell you who does it. For each thing we will not do, here is the route that actually exists.
Finding a role
Licensed recruitment agencies, hospital and employer career portals, and professional networks. Check that any agency approaching you is licensed in the emirate or country it claims to operate from, and remember that a licensed agency does not charge a candidate a placement fee.
Visas and labour permits
Your employer sponsors and applies. Government service centres handle the paperwork. In the UAE that is Amer and Tasheel; in Saudi Arabia it runs through Qiwa and the employer's own establishment file.
Checking whether an offer is real
Verify it yourself at MOHRE, free, using the transaction number and company number on the offer. We explain exactly how on our job scams page. If you would rather we ran the full set of checks and wrote it up, that is a service we do offer, and it reports findings rather than verdicts.
Legal advice
A licensed lawyer in the relevant jurisdiction. We can explain how a licensing process works and what a regulator requires. We cannot advise you on a contract dispute, an employment claim or an immigration matter, and we will say so rather than guess.
Medical or clinical guidance
Your professional body. We work on the regulatory side of your credential, not the clinical side of your practice.
What will you never promise?
We do not publish a pass rate, a success rate, a processing time guarantee or a licence guarantee. Not because our results are poor, but because none of those numbers can be audited by the person reading them, and an unauditable number is a marketing claim wearing a statistic's clothes.
What we commit to
If an application is rejected because of an error we made in preparing your documents, we correct it and cover the resubmission fee.
What we cannot promise
We cannot guarantee a licence, a registration, a pass, or a processing time. Those decisions belong to the regulator alone.
What else do people ask about our limits?
Will you find me a job in the Gulf?
No. We are not a recruitment agency and we hold no recruitment licence. We prepare the regulatory credential that makes you employable in a Gulf healthcare or engineering role. Finding the role itself is between you, employers, and licensed recruitment agencies.
Can you handle my visa?
No. Immigration and labour permits are handled by your employer and by licensed government service providers such as typing centres and Amer or Tasheel offices. We have no role in that process and no standing to act in it.
Can you guarantee I will pass the Prometric exam?
No, and nobody can. We can tell you the format, the blueprint for your profession, and what people commonly get wrong. The result is yours. Any firm promising a pass is either selling leaked material or lying, and both should end the conversation.
Can you speed my application up?
We can stop it being slowed down, which is a different thing. A complete, correct submission avoids the returns that add weeks. Where an authority offers an official expedited route we will tell you and you may pay for it. We have no back channel and we would not trust one that claimed to.
Do you pay the regulator fees for me?
No. Regulator, verification and examination fees are paid by you, directly to the authority, in your own name. We never collect them on your behalf. This protects you: money that leaves your hands for a third party to pass on is money you cannot trace.
Why are you telling me what you will not sell me?
Because in this market the firms that get people hurt are the ones whose scope is vague. If our boundaries are written down, you can hold us to them, and you can recognise a firm that has not written its own down.
